Agile Project Management (APM) Training Introduction

This training comprises of eight modules. Upon successful completion of this training, participants would have mastered the basic building blocks of agile project management and how these these components work together to deliver the product of the project successfully. They will also learn when to apply agile and when to apply predictive project management. The approximate effort required to complete this training is 10 hours.
